Shipping:
Matäv Fashion Jewelry orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Delivery is approximately 3 to 6 business days, but will vary depending on shipping location. At this time we only provide shipping to addresses within the United States by the United States Postal Service.

Damages, Exchanges, and Returns:
Customers MUST contact our office regarding all damages, exchanges and returns. Call (407) 791-7322 to report damages or to obtain return information. Credit will be issued for the cost of the merchandise. No credit will be given for shipping and handling charges unless returns are due to a fulfillment error.

We offer free repairs on damaged items for the life of your jewelry. For repairs to be made we require all of the original pieces, including any damage part, to be returned.
